Massage that nurtures connection
Infant Massage Class
Join me for this 3-week infant massage class designed to teach parents and caregivers the techniques and benefits of massage for infants. Participants will learn soothing strokes that promote relaxation, improve sleep patterns, and enhance bonding between caregiver and baby. The class emphasizes the importance of touch in early development and provides guidance on adapting techniques to suit individual needs. Each session includes practical demonstrations, supportive discussions, and opportunities for hands-on practice. By the end of the series, caregivers will feel confident in using massage as a nurturing tool for their infants. This class fosters a supportive community where participants can share experiences and insights.

Birth preparation beyond information
Rhythm & Ritual: A 4-Week Somatic Birth Series
Birth isn’t something you simply learn about—it’s something you practice.
Rhythm & Ritual is a four-week embodied childbirth experience designed to help you prepare your body, mind, nervous system, and relationship for birth. Rather than filling your head with more information, you’ll learn practical tools to help you stay present, trust your instincts, and move through labor with confidence.
Through guided movement, breathwork, sensory rituals, partner connection, birth education, and hands-on comfort measures, you’ll create a foundation that supports you during pregnancy, labor, birth, and into postpartum.
