Policies and procedures

It is our intention to provide our guest with a professional and therapeutic massage. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first time and regular massage clients at Inner Rhythms Therapeutic Massage.

At Inner Rhythms Therapeutic Massage we understand unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life.  Unforeseen events such as last-minute meetings, traffic, child sick and pregnancy discomfort are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. 

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients we have adopted the following policies. 

At Inner Rhythms we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are made the same day are subject to paying full price of the visit for a no show. The reason for this is we are already within the 24 hour cancellation period when the appointment was booked.

If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours multiple times (2 or more), they will be asked to pre-pay for future services.

Please note if you are using a voucher of any kind your voucher is subject to be redeemed and void and a fee of the difference between your voucher price and the actual price of the service could be charged to your card.

Remember, we value our time as well as yours, and there are many clients looking for massage appointments at the last minute.

Arrival

Please arrive for your appointment five minutes prior to scheduling time this allows you the time for a relaxed and un-hurried experience. If late upon arrival your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep schedule. And when schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discussion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged. 

Rescheduling policy

Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or modify your appointment hours. This gives us enough time to fill the time slot. If you fail to cancel or modify your appointment prior to the 24 hours you will be charged $35. If you do not call or show up for your appointment you will be charged full price 

 

For clients who are in labor, a 3 hour notice is required with the intention of rescheduling. You know you will need it later! 

Payment Policies 

Payment for services are due at the end of each treatment on the day of the service.

Valid credit card is required to be on file in order to book your appointment no matter the payment method used to purchase the treatment.
